when I read what had happened to you I was quite disturbed. If you had an annual policy with Aaduki we would NEVER do this and I cannot understand why Morgan Richardson have done this unless you have a “lunar”policy on a monthly basis – even then, they should at least wait until you have submitted a claim!
I just wanted to reassure you – not all insurance providers handle themselves in this way and I hope you are now with someone else for your cover.
